Horror fans, you NEED to see this place! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ”ช While exploring Prague, I stumbled across the Nightmare Horror Bar, a horror themed bar packed with creepy movie memorabilia, incredible displays and some very familiar faces from the world of horror. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿฉธ As a huge horror movie fan, this was an absolute gem of a find, especially during spooky season! Would you have a drink here? ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ป #HorrorMovies #Prague #NightmareHorrorBar #HorrorBar #Horror #HorrorFan #SpookySeason #Halloween #MovieShorts #HorrorShorts #MovieFans #PragueTravel #MeDia
I Found a HORROR BAR in Prague! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ”ช
A Quiet Place was one of the biggest horror surprises for me, so expectations were incredibly high going into A Quiet Place Part II. John Krasinski returns as writer and director, with Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe and Cillian Murphy taking us deeper into a world where making the slightest sound can get you killed. This time, the Abbott family also has a newborn baby to protect. Because apparently this world wasn't stressful enough already... In this review, I talk about the brilliant opening sequence showing part of Day One, the incredible use of sound, seeing the world from Regan's perspective, Cillian Murphy joining the story and whether Part II manages to match the terrifying tension of the original. I also discuss where the ending leaves the franchise and my excitement for A Quiet Place Part III. ๐Ÿ“ Read My A Quiet Place Review Before Part II, it all started with A Quiet Place. A Quiet Place Part II Somehow Makes Survival Even More Terrifying
What if your dog could see something in your house that you couldnโ€™t? Good Boy (2025) has one of the most interesting horror concepts Iโ€™ve seen in a while. A paranormal story experienced largely through the eyes of a dog. As a dog person, I was completely sold on that idea. Unfortunately, while Good Boy delivers plenty of creepy atmosphere, I donโ€™t think it comes close to reaching the terrifying potential of its premise. There is one thing I absolutely loved though: Indy. This dog carries the film. His reactions, expressions and behaviour genuinely made me feel more than most of the horror did. I even watched the film with my own dog, Maple, and her reactions made the experience even better! ๐Ÿถ So is Good Boy a clever new take on paranormal horror, or a brilliant concept that deserved a much better film? Watch my full review to find out. โญ ME-DIA VERDICT: 3/5 ๐ŸŽƒ Spooky Season has officially begun on Me-Dia, and throughout October Iโ€™ll be diving into horror. ๐ŸŽฅ More Me-Dia Content Watch next: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hS6sL-QFrs Subscribe here: https://www.youtube.com/@Me-DiaMovieReviews ๐ŸŒ Visit My Website For more movie reviews, features and film content, visit the Me-Dia website: https://www.me-dia.co.uk/ ๐Ÿ“ข Stay Connected Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_media_reviews/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MeDiaReviewWebsite/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@media.moviereviews ๐ŸŽต Music Credit Track: Believe In You Artist: Robert Gregory Discover more of Robert Gregory's music: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/3O9GL5MJrwRlLMrjlGDlwc?si=J5wH6xgoShOvHeg-NVkGkw YouTube: https://youtube.com/@MrLionheart560?si=c7pg9MGfLXuM-VcD TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bobbyg365?_t=ZN-8yW91C8gymM&_r=1 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/robbyg2015?igsh=MTdwcXJrNmlkbmRxcA%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Copyright Notice: I own the rights to this track, and it is copyrighted. I really wasn't expecting to enjoy Practical Magic 2 this much. After being disappointed by the original, the sequel feels almost night and day by comparison. The story is more focused, magic finally plays an integral role, and the whole film feels much more consistent. Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman are wonderful to see back, while Joey King delivers a standout performance and Lee Pace brings plenty of humour and heart. It isn't perfect, but this was a huge improvement over the first movie and a genuinely enjoyable surprise. Maybe Practical Magic has finally found the magic. ๐Ÿช„ โญ Me-Dia Verdict: 4/5 ๐Ÿ“– Read My Practical Magic Review Before watching the sequel, I revisited the original Practical Magic. After Superman gave the new DCU such a promising start, I was really interested to see where Supergirl would take things next. Unfortunately, for me, this feels like a pretty significant step backwards. Milly Alcock is well cast as Kara Zor El and there are definitely things I enjoyed, including some fun action, a great Supergirl suit and Jason Momoa as Lobo. But they're surrounded by a story that I found surprisingly uninteresting, an underwhelming villain and a visual style that didn't do much for me. At times, Supergirl feels like it's trying to capture some of the energy of Guardians of the Galaxy, particularly through its soundtrack and rebellious central character, but it never came close to capturing that same magic for me. In this review, I'm talking about what worked, what didn't, why I think Milly Alcock deserves another chance as Supergirl and why I'm questioning this particular story being chosen as the second movie in the new DCU. โญ Me-Dia Verdict: 2.5/5 I really enjoyed Superman, so I went into Supergirl hoping the new DCU could continue that momentum. You can read my full Superman review over on the Me-Dia website: https://www.me-dia.co.uk/superman-2025/ What did you think of Supergirl?
