2018 was filled with many exciting moments on the big and small screen, here are Me-Dia’s favorite moments throughout the year…

10) Deadpool 2

Ryan Reynolds returned as the Merc with the mouth in this highly anticipated sequel.  With funnier fourth-wall breaking gags and Josh Brolin playing Cable the genetically enhanced soldier, this movie is a must see.

9) Making a Murderer season 2

Following the release of the first season Steven Avery was all people could talk about.  3 years later the show returns to continue the on-going story.

8) The Haunting of Hill House

This Netflix Original was creepy, emotional and gripping. The biggest binge-worthy show of the year.

7) Mission Impossible – Fallout

Ethan Hunt returned for the 6^th installment in what’s undeniably the best entry in the franchise and one of years best action blockbusters. 

6) Jack Ryan

John Krasinski plays the CIA analysts in this new adaptation. Season 1 exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait for season 2.

5) A Quiet Place

The best horror film of the year! Please check out our review for A Quiet Place.

4) Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

Dinosaurs, volcanos, Chris Pratt… what’s not to love? J.A Bayona takes the franchise in a new and exciting direction with lots of suspense and dino fun!

3) Avengers: End Game trailer

MCU fans were begging for a glimpse of what’s to come following the end of Infinity War and to learn the title for the fourth Avengers outing.  Our prays finally got answered when the teaser trailer for Endgame was released.  

2) The Walking Dead

Andrew Lincoln departs The Walking Dead in epic fashion, fans mourn over the loss of one TV’s most beloved characters however there is some light at the end of tunnel as Rick Grimes will return in 3 Walking Dead stand-alone TV movies in the near future.

1) Avengers: Infinity War

After 10 years and 18 movies, Earths Mightiest Hero’s and the Guardians of the Galaxy finally team up at an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before he can eliminate half of life in the universe.
